Having grown up surrounded by the construction trades, his father being a custom home builder, Dylan began his professional career in 1993. Building homes from the ground up, Dylan has had hands on experience in most all trades.
Early on, he had an interest in home inspections in Colorado Springs, CO. From roofing to plumbing, from electrical to framing, Dylan worked his way up to a superintendent position where his attention to detail was put to use managing every aspect of the building process and ensuring all his projects were built to code and specification. That attention to detail is what made home inspections a perfect fit for Dylan.

• Dylan is certified through the American Society of Home Inspectors.
• Dylan has passed the National Home Inspector Examination, which is required by several states to obtain a license, and is fully insured.

Andy Brewer - Home Inspector
Email Andy Andy is a Colorado Springs native and has been inspecting homes, bringing homebuyers confidence since 2012. He has performed thousands of inspections in Southern Colorado. Andy became involved in construction trades while in high school and eventually becoming a licensed General Contractor in January of 2004. He is a longtime member of The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Andy's extensive knowledge of building materials & process, along with building codes and the reasoning behind them, has proven invaluable in the inspection process. His local knowledge provides insights into what may be encountered so a special eye can be kept out for those issues. For example: What areas are more likely to have main sewer line issues? Foundation or structural problems that may be disguised? Termites or other wood boring insects? Andy is a very good communicator both verbally and in writing. Many realtors like to refer him because he explains conditions present in the home in a clear and understandable way that is easy to communicate to the sellers and their broker. In fact, many realtors find they can use comments in the report verbatim when asking sellers to make corrections.
